I am a King

God is a King of Kings Psalm 22v8, 145 v13, Daniel 4 v34, 7v14, Isaiah 46 v9-11. His kingship is not in dispute. God sees himself as a king and does not need confirmation from any one as to his kingship. A king has authority, influence and power. A king's influence brings money, food and other material things. Seek first the influence and the material things will be added. I am a king who should seek influence.

Kings focus on getting influence over a territory. It is the duty of others to bring material things e.g. food to the King. The size of the territory determines the amount of influence of a King. I should strive to increase the area of my influence. David sought influence with God and he was made a King. I should continue with my actions today that bring me into contact with God.

In the beginning God made us as kings, in his own image. Adam brought slavery into the world, Christ came to restore my Kingship Psalm 115 v16. I should behave as such in my walking, talking and relationship . God wanted Moses to lead his people hence he made him to trained in Pharaohs house Ecclesiastes 10 v 16-17.

This is part of the Making of Champions 2009 programme of the House of Praise, Mississauga, ON. The preacher was Rev Sam Adeyemi.
